2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made via our webshop. By ordering a product, you agree to these Terms.
3. Products and fulfillment
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful.
Production typically takes 5–10 working days before shipment.
We do our best to present colors and images accurately, but small variations may occur due to screen or print differences.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown include 21% BTW unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Your order is final once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Printful’s fulfillment centers.
Average delivery time within Europe: 5–15 working days after production.
Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or stock.
MyClusters BV is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, except where legally required.
6. Right of withdrawal & returns
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To start a return, contact info@myclusters.nl
with your order number.
You will then receive instructions for return shipment.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (including original shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Exceptions: Because our items are printed on demand, personalized products or items clearly made to your specification cannot be returned (Article 6:230p BW).
7. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
We will replace or refund the item free of charge.
8. Liability
We do our best to ensure product quality and reliable delivery.
MyClusters BV cannot be held responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping providers or customs,
Slight differences in color or design,
Indirect or consequential damages from late or incorrect delivery.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Complaints
We aim to resolve all issues directly.
If you are not satisfied, please email info@myclusters.nl.
If we cannot reach a solution, you can contact De Geschillencommissie or file a complaint via the ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
In case of disputes, the competent court in Leiden, The Netherlands applies, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
